Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule care visits.
1. Cancelling a Visit
To cancel a visit, please contact us as soon as possible:

2. Notice Period
- Visits cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.
- Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
This ensures we can manage staff schedules fairly.
3. Hospital Admissions
If a service user is admitted to hospital:
- Please notify us immediately
- Charges may be waived depending on circumstances
4. Provider Cancellations
If we must cancel a visit due to:
- Staff illness
- Emergencies
- Severe weather
…we will notify you as soon as possible and rearrange the visit.
5. Repeated Cancellations
Frequent cancellations may require a review of your care plan.
