Full Training Provided

No experience? No problem. We provide:
Comprehensive induction, Care Certificate training, Ongoing professional development and Specialist training (dementia, medication, moving & handling).

Supportive Team

Our Registered Manager and Care Coordinator are always on hand to support you, answer questions and help you grow in your role.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Worker with Sambhana Care, you’ll support people with:

Personal care
Medication prompts or administration
Meal preparation
Light household tasks
Companionship
Mobility and daily routines
Attending appointments or community activities

You’ll build meaningful relationships and become a trusted part of someone’s life.

You don’t need previous experience – just the right values. We’re looking for people who are:

Willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team

A driving licence is helpful but not always essential.
